Well the rates will be real time. They just charge a 1% fee for international withdrawals. We saw it a week ago when I withdrew from BOA via CCB and there definitively was 1% fee.

When they say "free" they mean there wont be any $3 or $5 ATM fees.

However, if you have a Capital One Platinum Checking account that truly charges 0 fee. None whatsoever.
