You think LHR T5 is bad? Cruise passengers have to navigate through two floors of a shopping mall to enter and leave the ship at the Ocean Terminal in Hong Kong.
And they're building a brand new shopping centre next to the new cruise terminal just for that purpose... the Chinese do love to shop.

First ship comes in June apparently - the structure itself has been finished for a while.
