Neither the 767 nor the 757 are comparable in any way to the 777 three class First. That being said, if you are offered the choice of a 767 or 757 to Hawai'i, don't even give a second glance to the 757!

The 757 (not international "75L" with "NGBC" seats) often has some of the worst seats - "Eisenhower" some call them - broad, corrugated seat pad with no head support.

For the 767, please look at the very long "NGBC" thread (search titles, return titles only, keyword ngbc). Lots of detail, photographs, etc. These seats recline fully to an angled flat seat in pairs (2 x 2 x 2).
