The corollary is Poland where "drive it like you stole it" seems to be the way to go. On one hand it is some fun driving, but on the other hand it's more stressful when you're not alone in the car.
Road fatalities are two and a half times, pro rata, in Poland as in Ireland. Polish drivers have a materially higher accident rate here too also.

(Incidentally, for the OP, fatalities in Ireland are about half the rate for Illinois).

Like the entirety of the M8? It really could be 130.
There is no 130, 120 is the max, its probably enough.
