Complaints
In the 6 or so months that I've been using EK (and this forum) it would seem that the volume of people unhappy with Emirates in one form or another is on the increase. Aside from a ludicrous complaint about PCS chauffuer service at Manchester most complainants seem to have valid points, be it lack of reward/upgrade availability, inflexibility in dealing with problems, fare increases, involuntary downgrades, poor quality call centre staff, the list goes on. Is it just me or is the general Emirates experience very much in decline as they grow as a company? Is this increase in complaints recognised within EK?
