I am sorry I could not find this information.
I booked a one way flight for senior relatives with Air tran from Fort Lauderdale to BWI. I would like to upgrade them and pay for the upgrade.
Can I do that before the flight so when they get to the airport they are all set ? Also is it correct that since the flight was booked on southwest there will be no charge for checked in bags ?
