10 flights (since we have been together) I have used the diet requirements section of OLCI to request gluten free meals for her.
Once she got one the other 9 times they came and said. "We see you have requested a gluten-free meal, sorry we didn't have any loaded."
Not the crews fault and they try their best to get her whatever she can eat, but it makes you wonder what the point of requesting it in the first place is. The crew know it has been requested so why have they not been loaded on?
