Changing a shareholder booking and lose all your discount !!
I did post on this topic once before, but am now getting progressively more cross about this, the more often it happens to me !
If changing a shareholder booking (whether or not logged in as a shareholder when making the change) the whole discount is lost as the discount already given is clawed back.
Has anyone complained about this to BA and, more importantly, has anyone actually managed to recover the lost discount ??
