One can not generally accrue AA miles on a oneworld marketed (codeshare) operated by a non-oneworld airline. Some exceptions may exist, and the occasional miles sneak through, but as vasantn says, the answer is generally "no".

(E.G. fly SN as IB, no AA miles; fly FJ or TN as QF, no AA miles. Iirc, one could earn AA miles on CX operated by VN between HKG and SGN at one time.)
