Please call the servicing location upon arrival to arrange for pickup or delivery service - 713-652-0436.
Basically you call the number a bit before you're ready, and they will pick you up and take you to the HLE where you rent the car as per normal. Like any pick-up, exactly how long it takes them to arrive will depend based on how busy they are...
