Well this is one of the funniest Freudian Slips ever...I sent another e-mail giving them a nudge, and this was my follow-up e-mail and reply:
I want to thank you again for your generous offer to provide us with bonus points for our inconvenience with our sub-standard television in our suite. I've been watching our account and have not seen the points posted. Can you let me know when we can expect them to be posted? Thank you again for your sensitivity to our issues at your hotel.
