How long do you wait for a "courtesy" posting of points?
We had a problem with the tv in our room at a RI. We called and they came and took care of it.
After we checked out, I got an e-mail from the Manager saying he was sorry for our trouble, and would be crediting our account with 2,000 points.
This was a week ago.
The actual points for the room have long posted. How long before I should ask where my 2,000 points are?
