My experiences were in 2004 (EK) and 2009 (BA) so maybe things have improved. In 2004 there was one massive lounge, with one unisex toilet cubicle in one corner and added mice. In 2009 the big lounge appeared to have been carved up and BA had one small corner; I'm not sure ho got the mice, but I suspect they were spread around. The single unisex toilet was still there in the remaining part of the old lounge and BA passengers had to use it, although the guardians of that lounge tried to stop us for a while until the BA guardians intervened.
