I have a love/hate relationship with the UA domestic F headrests. Uncomfortable in lowered position, but great when raised and tilted forward. I don't like that I can't tilt the CO headrests.
The headrest thing is really a non-issue on TO&L...move it up ~2-3 inches and the FAs don't care; put it 6" up and that's when they'll ask you to move it down (or slam it down violently & impaling your shoulder blades, according to some

)
A question I always ask - which headrest has movement in more directions, a BMW or a Ford? Better cars always have more contouring & more directions of movement of seats. Same thing in the F cabin.
