Once in the air the situation in that department is improved, but is replaced with the somewhat disgusting spectacle of having the dandruff-ridden hair of the person sitting in front of you brushing against your laptop / iPad / food on its way from your plate to your mouth.

Did UA get a good deal by purchasing seats with seat-backs that are significantly shorter than the industry norm? Is it so people in Y can easily determine the load in F and report shenanigans if the aircraft goes out with empty seats? Why didn't they just make the seat-back taller, and put the headrest there like everyone else does? So many questions
Histerical account, as usual....You've been caught red handed ranting about your imaginary flying habbits in the past, so I wouldn't put it past you to have actually only been on the product your doing your best to trash a couple of times at best. Vendettas / agenda on full display.

Personally, I actually prefer the Continental seats for the DTV, since I rarely work on my domestic flights. The pmUA seats are the old intl. J barcas in stripped form, and I generally find them slightly more comfortable and ergonomically sound, but not enough to offset the lack of free DTV. Yes they are more upright in taxi/landing, but this isn't a problem in the skies.

With that said, 24F in the 757 is hard to argue with, and that wins out in the end. Thus my first choice is the 752, even if I can't watch TV.
