The older sCO F seats are getting a bit long in the tooth. Uneven recline, floppy headrest wings, worn cushions, etc. I don't have a problem with them when they 'work', it's just that there are some maintenance issues these days. I like DTV and power, though, neither of which are available on A319/320 or non-p.s. 757-222s. Decent chance of wifi on Airbus equipment these days, which is great. sUA seat has a good headrest when you adjust it to fit.
Biggest pet peeve of the sUA birds is the close bulkhead, especially 1EF. Seems like a few inches tighter than CO walls. If you're tall and get stuck there, prepare for achy knees.
Overall, prefer 757 for biggest F cabin. Don't have a strong opinion on seats, but want to be on the airplane I'm most likely to get upgraded on.
