Is Chase closing me down?

I am unable to log in to my Chase online accounts today.

The error message says "Your log in and password are inactive" and asks me to call 1-877-691-8086 and choose option 3, then option 1.

When I called, I was initially met with a message which said this dept is closed. I was then transferred to a banker, who asked for my debit card number and after a moment said I would have to go into a Chase branch with my debit card so that they could assist me further.

I asked what for, and she said she was unable to tell me anything, that when I go to a branch, the branch staff will call her department and they will assist me at that time.

I asked what I should take to the branch; she said debit card and ID.

I pressed a little and she said something about verifying account activity but otherwise held firm to the instruction to go into a Chase branch.

I asked if I could still access my account at the ATM since I have a check to deposit. She said yes, that would be fine.

Am I being closed down? Has anyone else been called into a branch, and if so, what happened?

Here's an idea of the accounts I have with Chase:

5 cc's: BA Visa, Sapphire Preferred, Freedom, United, Hyatt. I mainly use first three and pay everything off every month.

I use my Chase checking as my primary checking account, salary goes into it etc.
On payday I transfer some money out to Bank Direct and some money to a local credit union account which I use for paying a few household expenses.

I have Bluebird, and earlier this week I linked my Bluebird to my Chase checking so that I could transfer a small amount each month for the free Bluebird ATM access. The small verification amounts have not shown up yet.

Could this be the problem?

I play the VR game when/if I can find any locally, but I'm careful to spread it over cards from Citi and Amex in addition to Chase.

This week I ordered two of the fee-free $500 Chase gift cards; one on my BA Visa and one on Freedom. Total of $1,000. They have not yet arrived.

Does any of this sound like something that should get me summoned to a branch?
