Just to update:

I stayed at the Quad last week. I'd qualify the stay as fair.

I registered for the Total Reward Card prior to my stay. There was a line at the general registration, which looked to have about a 20 min. wait (Tuesday arrival @930p). However, at the Total Reward Gold registration desk, I was the only one. I asked if I qualified. He said the card said gold, and checked me in.

I asked for a refurbished room, in a quiet area of the hotel. The clerk indicated that NO rooms have been renovated yet. Only the exterior, and areas of the casino. He gave me Tower 1 (Blue), Floor 17 facing the pool. The room was dated, but clean. King bed was comfortable for me. TV/remote worked. Bathroom was clean. Amenities low quality. Bathtub drain was slow. Shower head needed more force but, adequate.

Hash House food and service good.

I think the biggest issue I had was the construction start time for the hotel being built next door. At 4:30a, very loud "hammering" started. Terrible. I think the "U" shape of the building amplified the sound. Every 5 minutes!

OK at $0-$20 per night.
