Costco (you would need to become a member first) is generally the cheapest place for premium champagne (the DomP's etc) and JW Blue etc.
Worth noting that if you order a delivery online from Costco you don't need to be a member.
I ordered 3 litres of Maple Syrup and had it delivered to my sister in the UK for pick-up when we're over. Not sure if alcohol orders work the same though.
