Seat Options on A330-200

Apologies, I see this thread is dedicated to A330-300 - I could not search/find a similar one for the A330-200.

A seating question - I have a (tough) choice between an EC non-aisle center-block seat (i.e., 13F) or a (non-EC) window seat (such as 14J, 15J, etc.).
BOS-AMS - on Delta.

I would appreciate some pros and cons.
