No Entertainment, and the odd way I was told

Returned from LAX Friday evening and when scanning my boarding pass was asked to wait. Didn't notice if it was a red light, but I thought hey this is great!

Not what I had hoped for though. My boarding pass was reprinted but I when commented that I still had the same seat, she checked again and said 'Oh, I see now what's wrong your entertainment in you seat doesn't work.' It was said in a fairly off way as if it was an inconvenience me asking. I asked about moving seat and was referred to someone else.

The next person was even worse! She proceeded to tell me I was very lucky to even get on the flight as BA had oversold every cabin.

Really not the best way to handle this. As it happened it didn't matter too much as I had a film to watch on my laptop and wanted to get some sleep as well. Crew were great, and overall not a bad flight home.

Just wish BA could a) improve / upgrade their equipment as this is now a regular thing and b) train their staff better as I was made to feel I was the problem!
