We made a trip down to Melbourne, Australia for the Pho, which according to a famous Hong Kong food critic, " ...worth flying down from Hong Kong to Melbourne just for this Pho." It's much better than all the Pho in Vietnam we sampled in Saigon,where we visited in this past Feb. 2nd Best Pho is in a restaurant in Paris.
