Don't be rest-assured and double check
everything especially since hilton conveniently eliminated redemption lines from activity summaries.
Last month in predevaluation hurry i noticed that they charged $110 after my last redemption. Upon further investigation it turned out that the agent took out 170K instead of 145 and since i had 159K he simply charged me $110 for the remaining 11K. Without mentioning anything to me.
Eventually the charge was reversed and the proper amount taken out.
