It's very sad the year I finally make Gold that the F lounge decides to downgrade its drinks offering! Taittinger in my view is better than the Bruno Paillard they've had before but a far cry from the Laurent Perrier GS which itself I believe is a lesser offering than that one would get on SQ, EK etc....as for wines, I've never really bothered. I was hoping at some point to find the chateau smith lafite but still waiting

As for staff service, I ordered breakfast in GF last Sunday from one of the staff....well ordered meaning frantically dashing to catch the lady before she moved at lightning speed back to the staff quarters and even then having to speak to someone who couldn't or didn't know how to turn round to speak to someone face to face but rather taking the order over her shoulder and making me feel like some sort of colonial slave driver. Much needed to improve here...
