I havent booked with Alamo for a long time, use to like their website but their new one is really glitchy. I booked a reservation and tried to view it online and it says: "You cannot modify this reservation online. To modify or cancel, please call (888)826-6893."

Saw a few posts on this issue in Feb 2013, so they still haven't fixed it?!?
