Great, thanks. I don't mind so much about no upgrades for CWL-DUB. It's just convenient to book the whole thing on one ticket so all my luggage is checked through- I've been saving my Avios for a move to the US so I'll have a fair bit of luggage to worry about!

I can easily fly LHR-BOS with my Avios but if I can spend them with Aer Lingus it would save me having to travel to London. I can't find a way to book it though.
