I would very much like to build my bar, but the local prices of spirits here in Pimlico are outrageous.

I have seen GBP 40+ for a decent bottle of scotch (e.g. Laphroig, Ardbeg) and GBP 30+ for VSOP brandy (e.g. Remy Martin, Hennesey). Gin (e.g. Plymouth) and vodka (e.g. Stolichnaya) are coming in at around GBP 20+ per bottle.

Frankly these prices are obscene and I would rather not buy at all than pay at this tariff.

Is there anywhere in London where significantly better prices can be obtained? I would be happy to consider paying for a couple of mixed cases, say 24 70cL bottles in total if a volume discount could be obtained.

My willingness to pay is probably about GBP 20 per bottle for decent scotch and brandy, and GBP 10 per bottle for good vodka and gin. But perhaps I will just have to go without!
