This prompts a question. There must have been many more higher value people than I on that flight, so why me? Does BA have the facility to place an indicator against a passenger's name such that on the next flight(s) they get preferential treatment? There is a reason for asking this. I suffered an injury in the CCR some months back (reported here) and the response from BA, when finally it came was woefully inadequate to the point of being insulting. I let them know when finally they decided to contact me, very gently, that they had lost my loyalty and that my business for the year had already gone to QR and AY. I would use BA when it was convenient but otherwise sayonara.
Might this be BA's way of saying sorry, we'll make amends. Or perhaps just coincidence....? Any thoughts from those in the know?
64k seems to be a great seat to get an op-up on! Thats 3 in a row on this forum.
