can anyone describe the transit process at AUH?

i will be arriving at T3 from DUS having next flight to BKK from the same terminal.

connecting time is 2:50 minutes.is it enough?

i need to pass security check...is it straightforward or very chaotic ? (as it is in DXB or DOH)...i arrive 05:05 local time.how busy is the airport at that time?

distance to gate can be done by easy walk or power walk?
