I took that flight about 3 weeks ago on a Thu and it's definitely my favourite flight back. The airport is empty and there's never a queue at security. The lounge is ok in BOS but down in the basement so no windows. The full English in the F restaurant is good.

The service onboard is just ok. It's breakfast shortly after take off and then a snack before landing.

Immigration wasn't busy on landing.
