I have to agree with the judge.

At the moment, there are lot's of creditors taking haircuts on their receivables in excess of $20M. Perhaps the days of the exalted CEO salary are behind us especially when they opt to dump debt in BK court and try to collect on the magic of having done just that.

There's no hero's in this matter - just creditors at the moment.
