I avoid them (unless they are handing out some huge bonus--and not a bonus in their pseudo Cap1 miles which are not worth nearly as much as real airline miles such as from UAL or AA cards).

On the other hand, I did get $1100 in a bonus from them a few years ago. Unfortunately, that offer is long gone.
