Um, very few places (none) I know serve beetroot on a burger by default. Pork sausages are not standard in an English Breakfast ( but again what does that matter if it only says full breakfast ) ; beef sausages feature just as regularly ( and more commonly ime in Australia )
This is whining for the sake of it and may not have even been noticed if QF hadn't explicitly mentioned it.
