I am taking this 'rare' ex-US daytime flight next month in CW and had a few general questions.

Firstly, what would the meal service be? It could be Breakfast, Lunch or even Dinner although with -6hrs of flight time I suspect it is just one?

What is T5 arrivals like around 7.30pm? I would be looking to make a speedy exit into central London for a 9.30pm apt - is this too ambitious?

Finally, any recommendations for 2 seats on a 777? First time in CW, will be unable to select until T-24.
