Because Johhenrik mentioned that he doesn't have that option for his departures out of ARN. I did a search with Canada set as my profile (and changed to Sweden as a second test) - departing from ARN and that option isn't available either.
Yes - I have done it 2 times now, once back in Sept 2012 and once 8am CET this morning.
