You can normally add at least a £10 to £15 supplement for meet and greet plus parking fees and possibly waiting time beyond the first 30 minutes. Effectively the meet and greet fees alone would be fairly similar to the black cab price and then you would have a fare on top.

From the central area (T1 and 3) a black cab is a no brainer as the distance is very short. From T5 the journey is a little longer. T4 is probably the most expensive journey.
Here goes my 'best option', so we are back to the option of catching a cab that probably waited for quite some time in the long airport taxi lines and who might get grumpy about the fare for that short distance.
