We stayed in the ANA Gate Tower hotel Osaka (now no longer an ANA hotel) on points back in 2009 and there was a flyer about that program in our room. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and when the bill came I showed my card. I got points for that dinner, although normally in ANA hotels you don't get anything on a reward stay (or a fixed amount of points on a qualifying stay). I presume that you will (would) also get the points if you are (were) not staying in the hotel.

The links to this program that I found (mainly on the Ana Crowne Plaza Kobe website) appear to be all dead though, so I am wondering whether this program actually still exists....
