Surely your employers do pay you for weekends and long days? Your salary covers this - if you weren't happy with package you wouldn't do it.
In my role, like many (most?) here I'm sure I don't count my hours and submit a time sheet. I look and the package (which is so much more then just monatary value) and I do the equation in my head is the x hours a week I worth the yŁ and other added elements I received in turn.
There have been times in the past as my career was starting that per hour I'd be way below the minimum wage. Those days are gone, but boy were they worth it
