For those with the advice about telling CBP to pound sand and the like, a reminder that as a USN you can't be denied entry but it can take a long time and then be a hassle for ever more.
I would hope that any citizen returning to his country would feel safe and secure in speaking his mind. Not abusively, but not afraid to speak his mind to the border clerk if there's occasion for it.
what you posted sure seems like a threat, an attempt to intimidate, or just a reminder to keep the plebes apprised of their proper place.
