As you exit the customs hall, make a hard right and take the door next to the information booth. Follow the railing which curves around to the left. At the end of the railing you'll see an escalator up to the departures level. At the top, do a U turn and walk back towards the US Departures check in counters. You'll see the Nexus office on the right, opposite the check in counters.
