New PC Visa: How long before IHG shows Plat status?
My wife received a new PC Visa card yesterday. She was Gold before obtaining the card, and the website still shows her Gold status. She has an HIX stay booked this weekend, and I'm wondering if she will be treated as a Plat. Anyone know how long it takes for IHG to update the status in their records?

She will use the Visa card to pay for the reservation, so in theory she should be given Plat treatment. In theory...
