The new SDC rules are ridiculous. I find it hard to imagine there ever being the same fare bucket within a three hour window. This is a BIG downgrade.

Award availability has been bad for years, this is nothing new. This is, however, my biggest issue with the Delta program.

Finally, the new website is painfully slow and has serious usability issues on a computer. These issues are magnified on a tablet or smartphone.
