I'm with the OP...I pretty much detest every other change that CO has brought to the table, but to me, it's not even close when comparing the J seats...PMCO wins, not just by a little bit, but by a country mile. While the 747 is a little better, the PMUA 777 seats are like coffins for gymnasts...Maybe even jockeys.

I'm 6' 0", I'd rather have to curl my legs in a little bit (and I mean a LITTLE BIT) that be on top of the person next to me for 14 hours to HKG or PVG. Couple that with the center aisle seats the PMCO aircraft that doesn't require me to get up to let someone out--it's not even close. Yes, entertainment is better on PMUA aircraft...

Again, those that know me, I'm about as anti everything that has become this new airline, but I really, really, really prefer the PMCO J seats.
