I didn't close the account as I was promised the FR would be cleared by Monday this week... you guessed it. Still suspended and I paid £125 for the new card year too. Nice!
I've been speaking to [redacted] in the exec team here in the UK. She has been ignoring my request for an apology. Shes been out of the office everytime I call.
Friend in the US (who is a VP in FL) tried to help but she couldn't

I've made it clear that I'm willing to let it all go for an apology. That's it. They don't care.
I know that I have more than enough here to take them to court for my costs involved, they know that too YET they'd rather push me to limit to see? :/ Or do they hope by ignoring me the issue will go away?
No longer upset about the service though, the hype of an Amex wore off 5 months ago. If anything they've given me the worst standard of service imaginable. I've had better service from Natwest (a high street bank!). Making the impossible, possible right?
