too much paranoia here--- recall AA especially in recent years has been trying to reach out to its most important customers--- EXP or higher--- this FA is just doing his job--- not that they are getting personal or anything, the minute you land at your destination you go out the door and chances are slim you may see them again-- although I must admit that several times I have recognized FAs on future flights--- or they have recognized me... if anything bothers you, or you consider it over the top, just state it politely and they will quickly oblige--- they know better...especially in a long haul flight... and be nice to them-- last thing they want to know is that a passenger is POd at them and may file a complaint
