I used them last month for arrival at DOH. Email them at this address [email protected] with your membership details, flight number & arrival time etc.

For me at least they replied very quickly with a booking ref & instructions (turn left in arrivals & head for their lounge). Mrs IM & I were sorted with visas within 5 mins, really helpful service which I'd use again.
