In case we weren't clear in the previous posts, women working hotels at night is not unique to this hotel. It's all over Paris, and indeed all over the world in various degrees of display. If you don't want to see this type of activity when you return late at night to the hotel, then either don't go out at night or don't go to one of these more liberal cities.
