As the previous poster stated, it's more or less typical NK extortion tactics being played now. At most, they might attack one of the outlying Islands or a SK naval vessel or similar.
But if you have a trans-Pacific flight coming up, could also consider the spa at the Hyatt Regency ICN or then the Korean sauna in the basement of the terminal for a relaxing layover experience.
