Bought $200 worth of Argentine Peso on a recent trip and saw it posted as a cash advance. I had no idea honestly before hand as we can buy Vanilla GC's and they post as a cash advance and change into a purchase a few days later. This does not seem to be happening in this case.

I show a $10 fee on a $200 transfer as well, never do that again...
