We very much would like to dig deeper into what went wrong with your fast lane access. Can you therefor mail us more details at hello[at]brusselsairlines[dot]com please?
We would need the full name of the passenger as mentioned in the booking + ticket number (if you still have it, otherwise flight number + date) and your frequent flyer number.
